Environment & Agriculture Sectors Are The Largest Rising Businesses In The Current & Coming 5 Decades - Part 1 of 3

I previously attended a course years ago and the mentors said about the potential future rising commercial sectors in the next 50 years. They listed out about fifteen sectors but I can only remember a few of the sectors.

For the potential rising commercial sectors, kindly note that each country may have distinct environment, manpower, resources, weather and others for their own regional requirements. Below list of industries are generally relevant to all the countries :-

1) Environment Related Sector
2) Agriculture Sector
3) Energy Sector
4) Infrastructure Sector
5) Education & Health Services Sector
6) Professional & Business Services Sector
7) Information Businesses Sector
8) Financial Activities Sector
9) Logistic Sector
10) Drinking Water Sector

Item (3) Energy Sector - Do you aware that it will cause war if there is a shortage in this industry ? Every country is struggling energies for their industrial use and people consumption. Just for your information, lack of either energies or gold will create war.

Item (4) Infrastructure Sector - This is the fundamental requirement for a better living environment of beings. Within the next fifty years, in my opinion, it is unlikely to achieve the stage of saturation for the world, especially in the less developed, Asia and/or third world countries.

Item (5) - (8) Sectors - These are generally the smokeless services related sectors for the well-being, hotel, trading, tourism, commercial, etc. The demand in these sectors will never end but I feel that the competitions of these sectors are great. To be sustainable in these sectors, the uniqueness of businesses and higher service quality standard will conclude the winners.

Item (9) Logistic Sector - Due to depleting of natural resources, for instance crude oil and others, and increment of living expenditure for the public, the world will switch the way of living of the public by pooling resources to serve business and non-business means. By the time, I foresee that the majority of the people will work at their home areas and physical goods deliveries will be operated through the logistic services. Surely, I also personally feel that the competition of this logistic sector is large too.

Item (10) Drinking Water Sector - The supply of sources of non-polluted water is gradually decreasing due to human behaviors such as wars, weather, pollutions, and others. Other causes may be the wastages by the users and industrial utilizations. This sector may be a grand capital investment and the rich men are much easier to share the cake of this sector.

For items (1) Environment Related Sector and (2) Agriculture Sector, I feel that these two sectors are greatly significant and the development of these two sectors are nearly perfectly certain. I will elaborate more details in the next two articles (Part 2 & Part 3) why they are important.
